Committed to our corporate philosophy of ”Bringing transformation to education and empowerment to children,” SuRaLa Net Co., Ltd. has been conducting impact evaluations to visualize what social issues our business solves and what outcomes it achieves. We take up four social issues, namely “school absenteeism,” “developmental and learning disabilities,” “poverty,” and “poor academic performance” as the social impact of our business and endeavor to evaluate them from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. The challenge of impact evaluation is our unique approach.
To share common values with all employees and continue to be an organization where every employee can take on challenges in a better environment, we hold a two-day training camp once a year to formulate a medium-term management plan with the participation of all employees. All employees across the board have been discussing the mid-term plan policy to devise measures for the next five to ten years.
